Bobby specializes in strength conditioning and functional movement training, medical and injury rehabilitation, fat loss and nutrition planning and helping clients get to the best shape of their lives.

Chris has been involved in the fitness industry for over 5 years now and has helped many of his clients achieve their goals. Chris plays semi-professional football and realises the importance of keeping fit and living a healthy lifestyle. Chris specialises in strength and conditioning and functional training and also does some work with Peterhead Football Club. He is constantly developing his skills and qualifications through training, to stay up to date with all the latest training methods and equipment.

Sue Hardie

Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor

Sue is a mature entrant into the fitness industry and as such has many life skills. She now has over 9 years experience in the business and understands the challenges brought about by age and strives to establish that age need not be a barrier to fitness. Sue specialises in core strength training and is qualified in Swiss Ball, Viper and kettle-bell training.

Blair Sharkey

Blair has worked in the fitness industry for over a year now, he began his career in the fitness industry though our apprenticeship scheme, and has gone on to complete his Level 2 gym instructor qualification. Blair has increased his knowledge through working with different people with a variety of fitness goals, and has grown in confidence as he gains more valuable experience in the industry. Blair’s areas of interest are in strength and muscle building training.

Craig has over 4 years experience in the fitness industry and he prides himself on taking a whole body approach so that his clients see and feel the personal training benefits. Craig works with the belief that changing your life is a journey, and he strives to support his clients all the way to the end of that journey.

Joe Lopez

Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

Joe has worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer for over 8 years now and has gained a lot of experience during this time working in different clubs with different people. He likes to challenge himself daily with his own healthy and active lifestyle. Joe’s passion for health and fitness makes it’s easy and enjoyable for him to pass on his experiences to clients. As well as Personal Training, Joe also specializes in group exercise classes including spinning and circuit training.
