With over 15 years experience of working in health clubs and spas, Jamie has been here at LivingWell Strathclyde for 3 and a half years.

Jamie aims to create a positive and engaging environment for our members to achieve their health and fitness goals and aims to do this by ensuring our team are happy and motivated.

 

Martin Lamont

Deputy Health Club Manager

Martin has over 10 years experience within the Leisure industry, he is now in his second spell at LivingWell Strathclyde having worked as Fitness Manager between 2014 – 2016. Having worked as a Personal Trainer for  the majority of his career Martin hopes to use his experience to help create a motivational and welcoming atmosphere for staff and members alike.

Craig Dickie

Fitness Manager / Personal Trainer

Craig has over 8 years experience in the fitness industry and he prides himself on ensuring his clients see and feel the personal training benefits. As a keen and competitive golfer at Club level, Craig has recently became a Golf Fitness Specialist(NASM) and will become TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) qualified in May . He looks forward to continuing his work with general fitness clients but also being one of the only golf fitness specialists in the area.

Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor

Jordan has been a Personal Trainer for 3 years. He has had many clients of varying ability and experience, which has helped him gain a sound knowledge of many training styles. With Jordan you can guarantee not only a productive session but a spirited one too, with plenty of smiles and energy.
Jordan has recently became Pre / Post Natal qualified and is looking forward to specialising in this area.

 

Bobby Dunn

Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor

Bobby has over 15 years experience in the world of health & fitness and has seen all the latest fads & magic bullets come and go, yet he concentrates on the tried and tested methods that get his clients the result they are after! Bobby specializes in strength conditioning and functional movement training, medical and injury rehabilitation, fat loss and nutrition planning and helping clients get to the best shape of their lives.

Jordan Graham

Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

Jordan has been studying and working within the sport and fitness environment for five years now having worked with a range of different clients. Including working at youth camps in America specialising in sports coaching.
He likes to work with anyone looking to gain muscle or lose weight and has an interest in furthering his career by completing Sports massage or Nutrition courses.

 

 

Sue Hardie

Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor

Sue is a mature entrant into the fitness industry and as such has many life skills. She now has over 9 years experience in the business and understands the challenges brought about by age and strives to establish that age need not be a barrier to fitness. Sue specialises in core strength training and is qualified in Swiss Ball, Viper and kettle-bell training.

Kirsty Hawkins

Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor/Clubbercise

Kirsty is a very approachable friendly trainer. She was a beauty therapist for 8 years before beginning her journey on the fitness path. Kirsty loves to help her clients reach their own personal goals wither it be with weight loss, building strength, working on flexibility, core work or just to improve general fitness, health and wellbeing.

Kirsty is always up for a laugh and is also the clubs CLUBBERCISE instructor so make sure you try out one of her classes!

Joe Lopez

Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer/Swim Instructor

Joe has worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer for over 8 years now and has gained a lot of experience during this time working in different clubs with different people. He likes to challenge himself daily with his own healthy and active lifestyle. Joe’s passion for health and fitness makes it’s easy and enjoyable for him to pass on his experiences to clients. As well as Personal Training, Joe also specializes in group exercise classes including spinning and circuit training.
